Mediterranean Chicken with Balsamic Reduction  Yippeeee! It's finally warm. Our favorite time of year and food are here- locally sourced and super fresh. Chef Vincent has outdone himself with our new spring dinner offerings. As always, we suggest wine and beer pairings with all our locally sourced, globally inspired dinners. Some new sources are: The Piggery (pulled pork), Cayuga Pure Organics (polenta), Gray Rabbit's Farm (salad greens). My favorite new offerings are the Piggery Pulled Pork with Sun-Dried Tomato Polenta (GF) paired with our Stouthearted's Cayuga Cream Ale or Goosewatch's Pinot Grigio, and the Cajun Grilled Vegetable Flatbread (vegan) paired with our Stouthearted's East Shore Pale Ale or Long Point's Ciera Dry Rose. My dad's favorite holiday is Tuesday, March 17! He's Irish...me,too. Whether you are Irish or honorary Irish, we're serving a traditional Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner along with a few other features and lots of beer! Stouthearted Brewing will be serving their flagship brews along with a Winter Ale and a Hoppy Brown Ale. We will  start serving at 5 pm and reservations are suggested (607) 533-3535.

This weekend is Valentine's! Chef Vincent has created some locally sourced, globally inspired features for sweet hearts which we will be offering both Friday & Saturday. Reservations are suggested 533-3535

It's time! It's time! It's time for our favorite event hosted at the inn & brewery all year! Pints for Pups, our annual brew fest fundraiser for the Tompkins SPCA will be held Thursday, February 12 from 6 - 9 pm. There will be lots of beer, live music & a huge silent auction. Just as in previous years, we will be hosting six other local craft brewers to pour beer along with our brewery, Stouthearted. Tickets will be available in advance or at the door for a $15 donation. Our holiday hours: Open Christmas eve till 8 pm- menu posted below Closed Christmas day Open New Year's Eve till 1 am- menu will be posted at bottom of this page soon Closed New Year's day Beginning January 2, 2015 we are open seven days a week for dinner & drinks till next holiday season. We love restaurant week and it's here till Sunday 12/14. As always we are featuring locally sourced globally inspired fare from the heart of the Finger Lakes. This month is also our Season of Giving fundraiser for the Southern Tier Food bank. For every dinner entree served we will be donating $1 to help fight hunger right here in our neighborhood.
