Sunny Ithaca Warm Weather Dinner Menu

Mediterranean Chicken with Balsamic Reduction 
Yippeeee! It's finally warm. Our favorite time of year and food are here- locally sourced and super fresh. Chef Vincent has outdone himself with our new spring dinner offerings. As always, we suggest wine and beer pairings with all our locally sourced, globally inspired dinners.
Some new sources are: The Piggery (pulled pork), Cayuga Pure Organics (polenta), Gray Rabbit's Farm (salad greens). My favorite new offerings are the Piggery Pulled Pork with Sun-Dried Tomato Polenta (GF) paired with our Stouthearted's Cayuga Cream Ale or Goosewatch's Pinot Grigio, and the Cajun Grilled Vegetable Flatbread (vegan) paired with our Stouthearted's East Shore Pale Ale or Long Point's Ciera Dry Rose. Feels so good to be serving outside on our porch again. Enjoy heavenly summer in the Finger Lakes (we all know it won't last forever...)
